The escrow wallet launches a plain Pump coin. Creator fees accrue to that coin's prize vault.

You get tokens. Buyers fight for fees.
Initial-buy tokens are sent to this wallet after create — that can take up to 90 seconds. The launch buy does not count toward the 20-minute prize.
